A doctor assesses you before every treatment. If IV therapy isn't the right choice, we'll recommend another option or refer you for further care. IV therapy supports hydration and comfort; individual results vary.
Most visits in our main service area are reached within 60 minutes. Traffic and weather can affect this, and we'll give you an arrival estimate when you book.
We don't bill insurers directly. We give you a medical report and an itemised receipt so you can claim from your travel or health insurer. Reimbursement depends on your policy.
Travel within 10 km of our clinic is free for IV packages. For other visits and longer distances, fees depend on distance, from Rp 10.000 for nearby addresses up to Rp 400.000 for visits beyond 5 km, depending on residency status. We confirm the exact fee before we set off.
Yes. We have three price tiers: local, KITAS/domestic and international. Show your ID or KITAS during your consultation.
